Retreat Registration Policy
 

1. Due to the popularity of the retreat, and the limitation of our kitchen staff and accommodations, you must be registered to attend the retreat before registration ends, Friday, August 23rd. All participants must register before the retreat during open registration. Once registration is closed, or retreat capacity is reached, no new registrations will be accepted.

2. Those who want to register after the registration is full will be added to a waiting list. 

3. Retreat registrant capacity will be limited to 60 full retreat attendees (excluding online participants)

4. Even if you plan to come only to the Sunday Dharmacakra, you are required to register, so our kitchen volunteers will be adequately prepared.

5. All participants will be required to sign up for volunteer duties as part of their registration.

6. If you are staying overnight at the Domes, Lotus House, Wellness Center, PRI, College, Rectory or if you are hosted by a local family, you pay the full retreat price. The commuter price option is only for local residents.

7. If your plans change and you are unable to honor your registration, please notify Retreat Organizers at margiisasheville@gmail.com so that those on the waiting list can attend.

8. Early registration will open on Saturday July 25th with a 5% discount to those who register with full payment on or before August 15th. 

9. Registration will close one week before the retreat, Friday August 23rd. 

10. Registration cancellation up to 48 hours before the retreat will get a refund of the full amount minus $50 processing fee. 

11. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the retreat will be refunded a maximum of 50% of the retreat fees, as food and other arrangements based on attendance would have already been purchased.
